"Lena did something": Sosedov voiced the main nuance after the death at Vaenga's concert

The tragedy that occurred during Elena Vaenga's concert in Tver will not break the singer. This was stated to MK correspondents by music critic and TV presenter Sergei Sosedov. Let us recall that during the singer's performance, one of the fans present in the hall became ill: she died during the intermission. Investigators are currently looking into the circumstances of the incident. According to preliminary data, the cause of the pensioner's death could have been a blood clot. Vaenga was so shocked that she decided not to continue the performance and rescheduled the concert for another date.

"It can happen to anyone," Sergei Sosedov told MK. "People, it happens that people die at concerts. It doesn't happen often, but it has happened in history."

- Tragedy will not break Lena: it is impossible. She is an artist. I am thinking about something completely different: "What would I do in her place?" I would probably finish the concert. And she, having worked almost the entire performance, moved it to another date with the same tickets... It turns out that she will give a second concert for free. This is, of course, an act, - Sosedov voiced the main nuance. - Lena generally amazes with her naturalness, humanity, warmth. She certainly stands out from the world of show business.

Sosedov said that he recently attended Vaenga's performance and was completely delighted by what he saw. As is known, this does not happen to him often.

- Vaenga has a gorgeous new program - she recently gave two brilliant concerts in the Kremlin, - says Sergey. - A live program: from the first to the last note. Ten first-class musicians work with her on stage: a guitarist, a completely magnificent pianist. Two drum kits... There was practically a small orchestra on stage, she constantly interacted with the musicians.

During her performance in the Kremlin, Vaenga greatly surprised Sosedov.

- An hour and a half passed, and Lena suddenly began to bow, - Sosedov continues. - She led the musicians to the edge of the stage. I was surprised: "What? Only an hour and a half? That's clearly not enough!" And suddenly she says: "Friends, this is not the end of the concert. I announce an intermission: the second part will begin in 40 minutes. And she sang again for an hour and a half."

- I enjoyed the concert immensely, - says Sergey. - The audience greeted her: the ovation was long. The program was diverse: she sang in Moldovan and performed a military song by some bard. There were many new pieces, and her hits were not absent. Everything was interesting and lively. It was incredible - I have already forgotten when I saw such concerts. Lena is at the peak of her career. And, of course, she will continue to delight her fans, despite what happened in Tver.
